Mobile Phone Forensics Services
Mobile Phone Forensics has become more prevalent, with smartphone devices increasing in performance, data storage capacity and overall capabilities. Mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets contain valuable and important information such as chats, call logs, location data, pictures, etc. Our digital forensic investigators are specialists in mobile phone investigations. We preserve, extract, analyse and report forensically sound electronic data retrieved from mobile devices for use in criminal, civil, corporate and legal aid matters.

Data Extraction
We extract data using physical and logical data acquisition methods. Deleted data, call history, contacts, text messages, multimedia messages, photos, videos, recordings, calendar items, reminders, notes, data files, passwords, and data from apps such as Skype, Dropbox, Evernote, Facebook, WhatsApp, Viber, Signal, WeChat and many others can be extracted. Our system uses multiple communication protocols and advanced techniques to get maximum data from each phone
and operating system.
Data Extraction Reports
An investigator relies on many types of data in the forensic work process. The actual data extracted will depend on the specific phone model, operating system and its status. We provide a data extraction report once the extraction is complete. The report contains information related to Device, Call history, Gallery, Internet Activity, Text Communication, downloaded data and many more.
JTAG Physical Extraction
JTAG (Joint Test Action Group) forensics is an advanced data acquisition technique. JTAG physical extraction involves connecting to Test Access Ports (TAPs) on a device and instructing the processor to transfer the raw data stored on connected memory chips. When commercial forensic extraction methods cannot acquire a physical image or when a device is logically damaged or “bricked”, JTAG extraction is an appropriate option.
Chip-Off Physical Extraction
Chip-off forensics is an advanced digital data extraction and analysis technique. Chip-Off physical extraction involves physically removing flash memory chip(s) from a device and then obtaining the raw data using specialized equipment. It is a powerful technique that allows Binary Intelligence to collect a complete physical image of nearly any device. A chip-Off physical extraction is an appropriate option when a device has suffered fatal damage.
